Dear guests, if possible please avoid coming to the synagogue by car. Instead try to park your car in the city center. We have organised busses after the ceremony from the synagogue to the lake. There, a boat will be waiting to bring you to the hotel Seeburg after a short cruise on Lake Luzern. After the reception, the bus 24 (bus stop just in front of hotel Seeburg) will bring you back to the city center at the following hours: 16.18; 16.48; 17.18; 17:48; 18.18.

Marriage Ceremony / Chuppah

Arriving by car

From Berne, Basel and Zurich take the highway exit "Zentrum", then follow the sign "Markt am Kasernenplatz" and continue to Bruchstrasse 51 .

There is a possibility to park the car at the parking "Parkhaus Zentrum", Kasernenplatz.

Arriving by public transportation

You can check the train connection to Lucerne on www.sbb.ch. From the station, the bus lines 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18 are bringing you to the stop "Hirzenhof" from where the Kasimir-Pfyffer-Strasse brings you right away to the corner of the Synagogue.

Reception

Following the wedding ceremony, you are invited for the reception which takes place in the "Panoramasaal" of the Hotel Seeburg www.hotelseeburg.ch, Seeburgstrasse 53-61.

Directions:

For non-motorized guests, we organise a bus bringing you from the synagogue to the hotel Seeburg.

Arriving by car

From the city center follow the sign "Verkehrshaus" and continue in the direction "Küssnacht a. R.". Hotel Seeburg is located on the left side.We are looking forward to seeing you and to have you among us.

There are some parking places belonging to the hotel. If these ones are already taken you have the possibility to park at the "Lido" which is situated around 200 meters from the Hotel.

Wedding dinner

For the invited guests, the dinner will take place at the hotel Schweizerhof, Schweizerhofquai, www.schweizerhof-luzern.ch.

For those of our guests who wish to appear in evening attire, please inquire at the reception desk of the hotel for the "changing facilities".

In order to make our wedding event even more unique we would be very much delighted to have you performed your own presentation: Music (instrumental or vocal), sketches, poetry or anything you can imagine of. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance in order to be able to organize the evening at the following address wedding@evelyne-thibaut.com.

Parking lots are available at the hotel.
